Set default colors and color options in print profiles
Configure fill colors, default colors, stroke colors, color link groups, and patterns in the Color Configurations tab.
The Color Configurations tab in a print profile controls which colors customers can apply to images and text. You can restrict colors to specific hex values, set default colors, define stroke (outline) options, link colors across elements, and add pattern fills.
Before you start
- You have access to your WordPress admin.
- You know the hex color codes you want to offer (for example, #000000 for black, #FFFFFF for white).
- You understand the difference between the Master Print Profile and custom profiles.
The four color sections
Open the Color Configurations tab in any print profile. It has four sections:
| Section | What it controls | Available in |
|---|---|---|
| Uploads & Designs | Colors for customer-uploaded images and graphics from the library | All profiles |
| All Images | Colors for every image element | Master Print Profile only |
| Custom Texts | Colors and default color for customer-added text | All profiles |
| All Texts | Colors, stroke colors, and patterns for every text element | Master Print Profile only |
"All Images" and "All Texts" sections appear only in the Master Print Profile. Use them to set global defaults.
