Cancel or pause your subscription
Cancel or pause your Chamevo subscription and understand what happens to your products and data.
You can cancel or pause your Chamevo subscription at any time from your account at cp.chamevo.com. This guide explains what happens to your products, orders, and data when you cancel or pause.
Cancel your subscription
- Log in to your account at cp.chamevo.com.
- Open your license from the license list.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- A retention flow may appear offering an alternative (pause, discount, or plan change). Review it and proceed if you still want to cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens when you cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, the product customizer stops loading on your site.
- Your products, settings, and order data remain in your WordPress database. Nothing is deleted.
- If you resubscribe later, your products and configurations will be available again.
What you keep
- All Chamevo products and their configurations in the Product Builder.
- All order data and print-ready files already generated.
- Design assets (graphics, fonts, colors, text templates) stored in your WordPress media library.
- All WooCommerce products and their Chamevo associations.
What stops working
- The product customizer no longer loads on the frontend.
- New orders will not generate print-ready files.
- AI features (background removal, upscaling, generation, Virtual Try-On) become unavailable.
- Cloud delivery (Dropbox, S3) and webhook delivery stop.
- Printful integration stops creating fulfillment orders.
Pause your subscription
Pausing is useful for seasonal businesses, vacations, or temporary site rebuilds. Billing stops during the pause and resumes automatically when the pause period ends.
- Log in to your account at cp.chamevo.com.
- Open your license from the license list.
- Scroll to the Change your plan section.
- Click Pause subscription.
- Select a resume date and confirm.
When paused:
- Billing stops for the pause period.
- The product customizer stops loading, similar to cancellation.
- When the pause ends, your subscription resumes automatically and the customizer starts working again.
