Update your payment method
Change the credit card or payment method on your Chamevo subscription via the Paddle billing portal.
You can update your payment method at any time from your Chamevo account. Payment updates happen through the Paddle-hosted billing portal β Chamevo does not store card details directly.
Update your payment method
- Log in to your account at cp.chamevo.com.
- Open your license from the license list.
- Click Update payment.
- You are redirected to the Paddle billing portal.
- Update your payment method in the Paddle portal and save.
Your next billing cycle will use the updated payment method.
After a failed payment
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds):
- You will receive an email notification about the failed payment.
- Log in to cp.chamevo.com and open your license.
- Click Update payment and enter your new card details in the Paddle portal.
- Paddle will retry the payment automatically after the update.
Update your payment method promptly after a failure. If the payment is not resolved within the retry period, your subscription may be suspended.
Troubleshooting
The Paddle portal does not load
- Try a different browser or disable browser extensions that block third-party scripts.
- Check that your browser allows pop-ups for cp.chamevo.com.
Subscription was suspended after a failed payment
- Update your payment method and allow Paddle to retry automatically.
- Contact Chamevo Support if your subscription is not restored after a successful payment.
