Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Switch between Chamevo plans to adjust order limits, AI credits, print profiles, and feature access.

You can change your Chamevo plan at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to higher limits and additional features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Upgrade your plan
- Log in to your account at cp.chamevo.com.
- Open your license from the license list.
- Scroll to the Change your plan section.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Confirm the change.
What happens when you upgrade
- The new plan takes effect immediately.
- You gain access to the higher plan's features right away (3D Visualization, Printful, cloud storage, etc.).
- Your order limit, AI credits, and print profile limit increase to the new plan's allowance.
- You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrade your plan
- Log in to your account at cp.chamevo.com.
- Open your license from the license list.
- Scroll to the Change your plan section.
- Select the lower plan.
- Confirm the change.
What happens when you downgrade
- The current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- The lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Features exclusive to the higher plan (3D Visualization, Printful, cloud storage) will become unavailable when the downgrade takes effect.
- Your order limit, AI credits, and print profile limit will adjust to the lower plan's allowance.
