It would be great if there was a bulk Pricing option. I.E - in this would of printing we typically price base of quantity. So 1 tshirt may be $27.50 for one placement (side) However, if the customer was getting 50 shirts and one placement it would only be $10 per shirt. Also, a few of our printing methods work better when we price by placement/side. Thus, that should probably be added to.the pricing Rules Group. Basically for one side that would be the base price from the Woocomerece Product. But if they add another side (back, arm) that would be an additional $6. Or something of that nature so not really based on elements but the actually side of the garment being printed on.
