It would be great to allow customers to apply simple photo filters directly after uploading their image. Many users don't edit their photos before ordering, so having a few built-in filters would improve the shopping experience and help them create better-looking products without leaving the editor. Some useful filters could include: Original; Black & White; Sepia; Vivid; Dramatic; Warm; Cool. The filters should be applied as a non-destructive preview, allowing customers to switch between them before placing their order. This would be especially valuable for photo tiles, canvases, posters and other personalized photo products, where the final appearance of the image is very important.

When a product has multiple views (for example 3, 6 or 9 photo tiles), uploading multiple images currently places all uploaded images on the same view, stacked on top of each other. This creates unnecessary work because customers have to delete the extra images and manually move one image to each view. A much better user experience would be one of the following: Option 1: If the customer uploads multiple images, automatically place one image on each available view in order. Example: Product with 3 views Customer uploads 3 images Image 1 → View 1 Image 2 → View 2 Image 3 → View 3 Option 2: Upload all images only to the image library without placing them on the canvas automatically. The customer can then drag each image to the desired view. This would make the editor much faster and more intuitive, especially for products like photo tiles, photo collages, calendars and other multi-image products.

Many customers upload photos directly from their smartphones. Quite often they need to rotate a landscape photo to portrait (or vice versa) before placing it on the product. Currently there is a Flip option, but no simple Rotate 90° function. It would be very helpful to have two buttons: Rotate Left (90°) Rotate Right (90°) This is a standard feature in most online photo product editors and would greatly improve the user experience for photo tiles, canvases, posters and other personalized products. In the old version, you could set a bounding box for elements - such as text elements - to prevent the object from being pushed out of the designated area. This was particularly important for mobile devices, as users would sometimes accidentally push objects out of the printable area while scrolling.

The designer-window on mobile would be more intuitive if the main-bar is placed on top of the designer instead of the bottom. I have a layout proposal of how it should look like :)

If I go to My Account - Saved Products - And I click one of my saved designs, the link goes to the correct product and shows my design, but not the product variations, that I had originally set when I made the design. Therefore the Add to Cart button is greyed out. So then I need to select the exact same variations again to be able to Add the design to the my cart, If I select a different variation, then my design disappears. So then I have to go back to My Saved Designs and start again. If a saved designed stored the product variations then it would be a help ..

It is mandatory to view the preview before the item can be added to the shopping cart.

It would be good, if all edited products were displayed in cart and product page

Hi, from what I can see the Initial Active Module defaults to Images and the other options don't work. It would be helpful if they could work or have an ability to be disabled. We sell products either plain or customised and our customers will be confused if they have to clear the Uploads option to purchase plain products. It does raise the question as to why they're there if they don't work as the function is a good one.

Hi Chamevo team, I would like to request bringing back the Cover option for image uploads that existed in FPD. In FPD, we could choose whether an uploaded image should Fill or Cover the upload zone. The Cover option was extremely useful, especially for products with multiple upload zones. For example, if a product contains several placeholders, the customer could upload a single image and it would automatically scale to completely cover each upload zone without requiring manual resizing for every placeholder. At the moment, this functionality is missing in Chamevo, which makes the user experience slower and more complicated. Customers often need to adjust every uploaded image manually, even when they simply want each upload zone to be fully covered.

Many customers upload photos directly from their mobile phones. Modern smartphones often produce images that exceed the AI background removal service's maximum supported dimensions. Currently, the image uploads successfully, but when the customer clicks Remove Background, the process fails with the error: "Unsupported dimensions - must be at most 4,194,304 pixels." Unfortunately, the error message only flashes briefly before disappearing, so most customers don't see it or understand why the feature failed. They simply keep trying, assuming the tool is broken. Suggested improvement Before sending the image to the AI background removal service, automatically resize oversized images to a supported resolution. This would: - Eliminate a common point of frustration for customers. - Prevent unnecessary support requests. - Allow background removal to work seamlessly with photos taken on modern smartphones. - Improve the overall user experience without requiring customers to edit their photos first. If automatic resizing isn't possible, displaying a clear, persistent message explaining why the image cannot be processed and how to resolve it would still be a significant improvement. This feels like a relatively small enhancement that would benefit every store using Chamevo's AI background removal feature.

I'd like to request a small UX improvement for the color selection in the product designer. Currently, customers can only see the color swatches without any text label. It would be very helpful if the name of the color (as defined in the color list) appeared as a tooltip when the customer hovers over a swatch with their mouse. Alternatively, or in addition, it would also be great if the selected color's name was displayed somewhere visible once the customer has clicked on it. This would make it much easier for customers to identify and confirm which color they are choosing, especially for colors that look similar or are hard to distinguish visually (e.g. on different screens/monitors).

We have a variety of products that can be designed on our website, one of them is Roller Banners which are quite large i.e. 850mm x 2000mm. However, when designing everything is blurry! It would be good if, when zooming in the visual can update to cope with the larger size and not be fuzzy or pixelated. This gives customers a good visual experience then as well.

Yes we require more accuracy in positioning the Printing Box Area. Dragging it is not an accurate way to do it as most printing systems require exact positioning. Is there any better way to do it similar to the positioning options when using TEXT tool in layers? example: Left Centre, Right, Top, Centre, Bottom To be able to enter exact coordinators using X, Y Also to know where 0,0 is located on the Canvas and Print Area Frame and Frame Object Handle reference points similar to Adobe Illustrator Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please consider adding a global "Crop Mark Offset (mm)" input field to your Print Profiles and Export Settings. The print shop I am managing the website for require the ability to offset these crop lines outward to the perimeter of the bleed zone to keep the core background artwork clean and uninterrupted. Having this as a basic, adjustable option would save us from having to manually strip or edit crop marks in external software across hundreds of products. Thank you!

Problem When a product has multiple views, the print area currently has to be configured separately for each view. For products with many views, this is very time-consuming and error-prone. Proposal A bulk function that allows a print area, once defined, to be applied to all (or selected) views of a product at the same time — e.g. via an "Apply to all views" button directly in the print area editor. Benefit Significantly improved usability and considerable time savings when configuring products with multiple views, especially when the print area is meant to be identical across all views.
