Viewing Orders

When customers place orders through your store, they may come from multiple sources depending on how your site is set up. To help you stay organized, the Orders section allows you to filter and manage orders by type.

1. Accessing the Orders Page

To view all customer orders:

  1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard → Orders
  2. You can select **WooCommerce, Shortcode, Gravity Form **based on how order was made in order to see specific order.
  3. Here, you will see a full list of recent orders, including order number, date, and print file status.

Each order will also show whether all required print files have been generated and are ready for fulfillment.

2. Reviewing and Managing Orders

Each order row shows the order number, items, date, print file status, and actions.

Print File Status

  • Green (1/1 Print Files) → All files ready.
  • Yellow (0/1 Print Files) → Some files missing.

Click Open to expand an order for full details. For example:

Order #366

  • 1 Item → Hoodie Men (Item ID: 23)
  • Ordered on: 2025-08-21, 09:21
  • Print Files: 0/1 (not ready)
  • Actions: Create Print File (generate missing file) or View (check design).

3. Generating Print Files

If an order shows incomplete print files (e.g., “0/1 Print Files”), you’ll need to:

  1. Click Open in the Actions column.
  2. Review the design details submitted by the customer.
  3. Generate or upload the missing print file(s).
  4. Confirm once all files are ready for production.

This ensures that every order has all required assets before moving into fulfillment.

4. Additional Ways to View Orders

Besides the Orders list, you can also manage orders directly from WooCommerce or Gravity Forms. Both options open the Order Viewer panel, which gives you full access to product and export settings.

a) WooCommerce – View Order

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Orders.
  2. Select the order you want.
  3. Click on Load in Order Viewer

b) Gravity Forms – View Chamevo Order

  1. Go to Forms → Entries.
  2. Select the order you want.
  3. Click View Chamevo Order.

The Order Viewer Panel

When an order is opened from WooCommerce or Gravity Forms, the Order Viewer panel appears with detailed controls:

Now orders can be reviewed from the main Orders list, or in full detail via WooCommerce and Gravity Forms through the shared Order Viewer

5. Best Practices

  • Always expand orders with incomplete print files to see what’s missing.
  • Use View or Order Viewer to confirm designs and technical setup before exporting.
  • Double-check Item IDs if you need to match with production templates.
  • Use Gravity Forms → Chamevo Order when working with custom form submissions.

With these options, you can manage orders efficiently across all sources — whether from WooCommerce checkout, shortcode entries, or Gravity Forms.
