What We Track

Anonymous Usage Statistics

We collect anonymous data about how you use Chamevo features to help us understand which tools are most valuable and identify areas for improvement.

Number of product categories you've created
Number of graphics and assets in your library
Which templates you import from our library
Number of print profiles configured
Number of user interfaces created
Feature usage patterns (which tools you use most)

Technical Information

Browser type and version
Device type (desktop/mobile)
Plugin version
WordPress version
Timestamp of actions
Domain name (for analytics purposes only)

What We DON'T Track

We never collect:

❌ Your design content or customer designs
❌ Product details, descriptions, or pricing

❌ File contents or design elements
❌ Sensitive business information

Your Control

Easy Opt-Out

You have complete control over data collection:

Go to Chamevo Settings → Advanced → Miscellaneous
Toggle off "Usage Analytics"
Click "Save Changes"

First-Time Setup

When you first install Chamevo, we'll ask for your permission to collect anonymous usage data. You can:

Accept to help us improve the plugin
Decline to disable all tracking
Change your mind anytime in the settings
