Upload Zone Settings & Options

Upload Zones allow customers to upload their own images, type custom text, or use pre-made designs directly on your product. All options for an Upload Zone are managed in one sidebar panel when the Upload Zone is selected.

Select Upload Zone
Navigate to Upload Zone Setting in Layers Menu

Available Options

Image Uploads – Enable/disable customer image uploads.
Custom Texts – Allow customers to add text instead of uploading an image.
Designs – Provide ready-made designs that customers can place in the zone.
Movable – Let customers drag the Upload Zone around the canvas.
Removable – Allow customers to remove the Upload Zone completely.

Scale Mode

Control how uploaded or selected content fits into the zone:

Fit – The full image/design fits inside, but may leave empty space.
Cover – The zone is completely filled, but parts of the image/design may be cropped.

Design Categories

Assign categories for the designs that are available in this zone.

For example:

Front of t-shirt → Logos
Back of t-shirt → Lettering

Restrictions for Uploaded Images

Define minimum and maximum dimensions for images that customers can upload:

Min. Width / Height
Max. Width / Height

If set to 0, no restriction is applied.

That’s it! With these settings, you can fully control how Upload Zones behave, what type of content customers can add, and how uploaded designs fit into your products.
