Translate Chamevo with Loco Translate Plugin

Chamevo can be translated into any language using the Loco Translate plugin. You can translate strings manually or use automatic translation services to speed up the process.

Step 1: Install Loco Translate Plugin

1. Go to Plugins → Add New
2. Search for "Loco Translate"
3. Click Install Now and then Activate

Step 2: Access Chamevo in Loco Translate

1. Go to Loco Translate → Plugins in your WordPress admin
2. Click on Chamevo to open the translation interface

Step 3: Create a New Translation

1. Click "+ New language" (or select an existing translation if available)

1. Choose your target language from the dropdown (e.g., German, Spanish, French)
2. Select the location to save your translation (WordPress default location is recommended)
3. Click "Start translating"

Step 4: Translate Chamevo Strings

You have two options for translating:

Option A: Manual Translation

1. Browse through the list of strings (English text), Click on a string to select it
2. Enter your translation in the text box at the bottom
3. Click "Save" or use the keyboard shortcut to save and move to the next string

Option B: Automatic Translation

Loco Translate offers automatic translation using services like Google Translate, DeepL, and others.

To use automatic translation, refer to the Loco Translate documentation on translation providers.

Step 5: Apply Translations to Chamevo

Once you've translated the strings, you need to change your WordPress site language for the translations to take effect:

1. Go to Settings → General
2. Find Site Language
3. Select the language you just translated to
4. Click Save Changes
