Chamevo is a powerful product customization tool for WordPress and WooCommerce. It allows your customers to personalize products directly on your store’s frontend with live previews and an intuitive interface.

Whether it’s apparel, accessories, or printed goods, Chamevo integrates seamlessly with WooCommerce to provide flexible, interactive product options.

Installing & Updating Chamevo

1. Purchase & Download

• Available exclusively via the Customer Portal (no longer on CodeCanyon).
• After purchase, download the plugin anytime from your account.

2. Install

• Upload the plugin via your WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload.
• Activate the plugin.

3. Activate

• Enter your license key in the WordPress admin panel.
• Once activated, updates are delivered automatically in your dashboard.

Quick Setup

Building Your First Customizable Product

Step 1: Create a Chamevo Product

1. Go to Product Section In Chamevo Dashboard
2. Add +New Product or Use Template Library.
3. Enter a product title
4. Optionally:

• Add a thumbnail image
• Assign categories (or create a new one)

Step 2: Add Views

Views represent different angles/versions of a product (e.g. front & back of a t-shirt).

1. Click ➕ to add a new view
2. Name your view
3. Select a thumbnail
4. Expand/collapse views list by clicking the product name

Step 3: Build in Product Builder

1. Open the Product Builder by clicking Edit in Product Builder
2. Add images or text elements
3. Select elements to edit in the Element Options Panel
4. Adjust style, behavior, and placement

Enabling Chamevo for Woocommerce

1. Open Your Product

WooCommerce → Products → Select product or Add New

2. Add Product Information

Enter description, price, etc.

(“Add to Cart” only appears once a price is set)

3. Enable Chamevo Designer

Find the Chamevo Panel on the right-hand side

Under Source Type, choose: Individual Chamevo products, or Product categories

4. Mobile Optimization

Assign different products for smaller screens

5. Publish & Preview

Click Publish → Preview product page

6. Customize Designer Position

Go to Chamevo → Settings → WooCommerce → Product Page

Enabling Chamevo for any page via Shortcodes

You can also embed the product designer in any page or post using shortcodes:

• [chamevo] → loads the designer
• [chamevo_form] → required form to send a customized product

Managing Orders

Option 1: WooCommerce Orders

• WooCommerce → Orders → Select order
• Click Load in Order Viewer under Item panel

Option 2: Shortcode Orders

• Chamevo → Shortcode Orders
• Click order to view

From the Export Panel, you can export views as:

• PDF
• PNG (72 DPI)
