Importing Printful Products and View Order
Once you've connected Printful to Chamevo, you can import products into WooCommerce and automatically process customer orders through your Printful store.
Before You Start
- Make sure you've completed the Printful Integration setup with your API token configured in Chamevo.
- Only DTG printing is currently supported.
- Imported prices are net prices. Configure WooCommerce to add taxes for retail pricing.
- Inside/outside labels cannot be customized in Chamevo.
- WooCommerce has a 50-variation limit. You may need to reduce attributes if a product exceeds this.
- Configure shipping costs in WooCommerce. Printful shipping rates are available [here]().
Step 1: Import a Printful Product
- In WooCommerce, create a new product.
- In the right sidebar, click Import Printful Product.

- Select a product from the modal and click Load.

Review the product details and variants.|
- If variants exceed 50, reduce attributes until you're under the limit.
- Click Import Product and wait for the import to complete (don't refresh).

The import includes the title, description, featured image, attributes (colors/sizes), and variations with net prices.
Step 2: Process Orders Automatically
When a customer places an order for a Printful product:
Chamevo automatically creates the corresponding order in your Printful store and sends the print files.
- Go to WooCommerce → Orders to view your orders.
- Click **on the **Order to open it.
- You will see: View Printful Order that leads you directly to Printful dashboard.

In Your Printful Dashboard:
Once you click through to Printful, you'll see the order with all details:
- Customer shipping information
- Product details and variants
- Print-ready files that Chamevo sent automatically
- Order status and pricing
Review the print files to ensure they're correct, then confirm the order to send it to production. Printful will handle printing, packaging, and shipping directly to your customer.
