How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

You can change your Chamevo subscription plan at any time through your account.


Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan


  1. Log in to your Chamevo account → **Navigate to **My Licenses
  2. In the Subscription Overview section, click View Subscription






  1. You'll be taken to the Change Your Plan page
  2. Click CHANGE PLAN on the plan you want to switch to


Chamevo uses Paddle as our secure payment processor. All payment information is handled securely by Paddle.


What Happens When You Change Plans



When upgrading:


  • Your new plan activates immediately
  • You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period
  • All your data remains intact and you gain access to additional features


When downgrading:


  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • Your current plan features remain active until then
  • Your data remains safe, but some features may become unavailable based on your new plan limits


Troubleshooting


Can't change your plan? Make sure you're logged in as the account owner. Only account owners can modify subscription plans.


Changes not taking effect? Check your Subscription Overview to verify the change. Remember that downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, while upgrades are immediate.
