How to Update Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method at any time to ensure uninterrupted service.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Log in to your Chamevo account Navigate to My Licenses
- In the Subscription Overview section, click Update Payment Method

- Enter your new payment details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code (CVV)
- Name on card
- Country

- Click Save or Update to confirm
- Your new payment method will be used for future charges
When Your Payment Method is Updated
- The new payment method will be charged on your next billing date
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the update is complete
- Previous payment methods can be removed after adding the new one
Troubleshooting
Payment method won't save?
- Verify all card details are entered correctly
- Ensure your card is not expired
- Check that your billing address matches your card's registered address
- Try a different browser or clear your cache
Card declined? Contact your bank to ensure the card is authorized for online payments and has sufficient funds.
