How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method at any time to ensure uninterrupted service.


Updating Your Payment Method


  1. Log in to your Chamevo account Navigate to My Licenses
  2. In the Subscription Overview section, click Update Payment Method




  1. Enter your new payment details:
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code (CVV)
  • Name on card
  • Country





  1. Click Save or Update to confirm
  2. Your new payment method will be used for future charges


Chamevo uses Paddle as our secure payment processor. All payment information is handled securely by Paddle.


When Your Payment Method is Updated


  • The new payment method will be charged on your next billing date
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the update is complete
  • Previous payment methods can be removed after adding the new one


Troubleshooting


Payment method won't save?


  • Verify all card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card is not expired
  • Check that your billing address matches your card's registered address
  • Try a different browser or clear your cache


Card declined? Contact your bank to ensure the card is authorized for online payments and has sufficient funds.
