How to Enable AI Services (Text-to-Image, Background Removal, Upscale)

Chamevo offers three AI-powered features that enhance your product customization experience. These features need to be enabled in your settings before customers can use them.

Available AI Services

Remove Background Automatically removes backgrounds from uploaded images, allowing users to create clean designs without manual editing.

Upscale Image Enhances image quality and resolution when images fall below the minimum DPI requirements, ensuring better print quality.

Text to Images Generates AI images from text prompts, allowing users to create unique designs using AI technology.

Enabling AI Services

1. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Chamevo => Click on Settings
2. Click on the AI Services tab
3. Toggle on the features you want to enable:

• Remove Background - Adds an option in the 'Edit Image' tab that allows users to automatically remove the background from images
• Upscale Image - Displays a warning when an image's DPI falls below the minimum required value. The warning includes an option for users to upscale the image for better print quality
• Text to Images - Enables a 'Text to Images' tab within the image module, allowing users to generate images from text prompts using AI

4. Click Save Changes at the top right

How Customers Use These Features

Remove Background:

• Customers upload an image to the customizer
• They click on the Edit Image tab
• Select "Remove Background" option
• AI automatically removes the background

Upscale Image:

• When an uploaded image has low DPI, a warning appears
• Customers can click to upscale the image
• AI enhances the image quality for better printing

Text to Images:

• Customers navigate to the Images module
• Click on the "Text to Images" tab
• Enter a text prompt describing what they want
• AI generates 2 image options for them to choose from

Important Notes

• AI Services consume AI Credits from your subscription plan
• Each plan includes a monthly AI Credits allocation

Troubleshooting

AI Services toggle not visible? Ensure you have an active Chamevo subscription plan that includes AI Credits.

Features enabled but not appearing for customers?

• Make sure you clicked "Save Changes" after enabling
• Clear your site cache
• Refresh the product customizer page

Need more AI Credits? Visit your customer portal to purchase additional AI Credits for your account.
