How to Cancel or Pause Your Subscription
You can pause or cancel your Chamevo subscription at any time through your account.
Pausing/Cancel Your Subscription|
Access your Chamevo customer portal at https://cp.chamevo.com/account/licenses to manage your subscription.
- Log in to your Chamevo account Navigate to My Licenses
- In the Subscription Overview section, click Pause Subscription

- Select **Pause Subscription **
- Optionally, provide additional feedback in the text area
- Click Continue to Pause to confirm (or Skip Feedback to proceed without providing a reason)
- If you change your mind, click Keep Subscription

Troubleshooting
Want to keep your subscription instead? In the dialog, click Keep Subscription to return without making changes.
Can't find the pause/cancel option? Ensure you're logged in correct account with valid license.
Want to reactivate after pausing? Log in to your customer portal at https://cp.chamevo.com/account/licenses, navigate to My Licenses, and resume your subscription.
Want to reactivate after canceling? Visit the Chamevo pricing page and select your plan to start a new subscription.
