How to Apply a Discount Code to Your Subscription

If you have a discount code, you can apply it during checkout or to your existing subscription.


When Does the Discount Take Effect?


Discounts applied during checkout take effect immediately and will be reflected in your first payment. The discount will continue for the duration specified by the code (e.g., first month, first year, or lifetime).



Only one discount code can be applied per subscription.Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.Once applied, discount codes cannot be changed or removed during the discount period.



Applying a Discount Code During Checkout


When purchasing a new subscription:


  1. Click on your Licenses
  2. Click Manage on your License
  3. Navigate to the Chamevo pricing page and select your plan




This will open new page: Checkout:


  • On the checkout page, scroll down to find Add discount code
  1. Click to expand the discount code section
  2. Enter your discount code in the field and Click Apply
  • The discount will be reflected in your total
  1. Complete your purchase by clicking Subscribe now



Chamevo uses Paddle as our secure payment processor. All payment information is handled securely by Paddle.


Troubleshooting


Discount code not working?


  • Verify the code is entered correctly (codes are case-sensitive)
  • Check if the code has expired
  • Ensure the code is valid for your selected plan


Code applied but discount not showing?


  • Refresh the page and check the pricing details to confirm the discount is active
