Displaying & Positioning Modules and Actions via Shortcodes

This guide explains how to use the Shortcode Builder in Chamevo to place modules and action buttons anywhere on your product pages. Shortcodes allow you to go beyond default positions and insert elements exactly where you need them.

1. Open the Shortcode Builder

Navigate to Chamevo → Utilities
Click on Shortcode Builder In Tools Menu

2. Product Designer

Embed the full Product Designer into any page or post. This provides complete design functionality outside of WooCommerce product pages.

Shortcodes: [chamevo] or [chamevo_form]
Optional: Adjust Price Format using %d as a placeholder (e.g., $%d or Price: %d USD).

3. Action Buttons

Create interactive buttons that trigger specific designer functions. These are ideal for building custom toolbars or workflows.

Shortcode: [chamevo_action]

4. Modules

Insert individual designer modules anywhere on your site. This is useful for sidebars, standalone elements, or custom layouts.

Custom CSS (optional) → Apply styles to the container

5. Saved Products

Show a user’s saved designs in a responsive grid layout.

Shortcode: [chamevo_saved_products]
Requirement: Enable Account Product Storage in Settings → General → Actions
Users can view, edit, and reorder their saved designs.

By using shortcodes, you can display the Chamevo Product Designer and its features exactly where you need them — creating fully customized design experiences for your customers.
