Catalog, Global & Cross-Sell Settings

This guide combines three related settings that control how the Product Designer integrates with WooCommerce catalogs, product sources, and cross-sell displays.


All options can be configured globally in:


  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard Navigate to: Chamevo → Settings
  2. Open WooCommerce Menu
  3. Use **Catalog Listing / Global / Cross-Sells **Tabs
  4. Save Changes to apply




Section 1: Catalog Listing


Customize Button Position


Choose where to display the Customize button in the catalog view:


  • Replace Add-to-Cart Button – Replaces the standard Add-to-Cart button with the Customize button.
  • End of Catalog Item – Displays the Customize button at the end of each catalog item.



Controls where customers can start customizing products directly from the catalog view.


Section 2: Global


Enable Global Product Designer


Activate the Product Designer for all WooCommerce products.


Source Type


Choose whether to load designs by category or by individual product:


  • Category – Designs are applied to all products in selected categories.
  • Product – Designs are applied to specific products only.


Products


If using Product source type, enter product IDs separated by commas.


Determines which products the Product Designer is available for and how designs are assigned.



Section 3: Cross-Sells


Cross-Sells Display


Select where cross-sell suggestions should appear in your store:


  • None
  • Single Product: Before Main Content
  • Single Product: After Main Content
  • Single Product: In Modal
  • Cart: Before Items Table
  • Cart: After Items Table
  • Cart: In Modal|


Overlay Image of the Design


Enable to overlay the customer’s customized design on the product image in cross-sell suggestions.



Helps promote additional products while showing the customer’s design for visual reference.Combine Customize Button Position with Cross-Sell overlay to maximize visibility of customized products and encourage additional sales.
